I received my B.E. from Tsinghua University, Department of Computer Science in 2003, M.S. from Yale University, Department of Computer Science in 2006, and am now a PhD candidate at Yale University, Department of Computer Science. I am also a member of Gerstein lab, in particular, of the Tiling subgroup.
I am working with Prof. Mark Gerstein, Prof. Drew McDermott, and Prof. Martin Schultz. My current research interests include bioinformatics, statistical machine learning, and information theory.
